Program Overview

The Team Partner Program allows you to operate as a fully independent business within Home Seekers — giving you full control of your brand, team, and income.

Key Details:

  • Minimum Team Size: 2 people (Team Leader + 1 Agent)

  • Base Monthly Fee: R15,000 excl. VAT (prepaid)

  • Each Additional Agent: R5,000 excl. VAT (prepaid)

  • Contract Term: 24 months, renewable 2 months before expiry

  • All accounts are prepaid monthly

  • The Team Leader is solely responsible for the full monthly amount due to Home Seekers

  • Home Seekers may refer rookie agents to established teams for recruitment support

The Team Leader manages their internal structure, commission splits, and day-to-day operations — you run your team like your own agency.

Billing & Commission Model

  • Home Seekers bills the Team Leader monthly in advance for their total team size.

  • 100% of all commissions earned by team agents are paid directly to the Team Leader’s business.

  • The Team Leader manages internal payments and team commissions.

  • You have full operational autonomy while benefiting from Home Seekers’ compliance and brand infrastructure.

Team Partner SLA

Applies to all teams consisting of two or more Property Practitioners.
All SLAs run for 24 months minimum and must be renewed two months before expiry.

Rookie Agent Referral Program

Home Seekers may refer Rookie Agents (new entrants to the real estate industry) to established teams.

  • Rookie agents will operate under the Team’s guidance and mentorship.

  • The commission split will be 50/50 between the Team Lead and the Rookie for the first year.

  • The monthly cost per Rookie Agent is R3,000, payable for the duration of their first year.

This structure allows teams to grow with new talent while providing rookies the opportunity to learn and earn within a high-performance environment.

Rental Income

Flexible. Transparent. Fair.

We keep rental structures simple and agent-friendly:

  • R1,000 once-off admin fee (you retain inspection and remaining admin fees)

  • 2.5% monthly rental amount for administrative charges

  • Once-off deals follow the standard sales commission split
